The legacy at Willow bend is a senior community that engaged E. Sam Jones to perform an interior and exterior retrofit from beginning to end. The development phase started with an Investment Grade Audit of the facility. Next, we moved on to material procurement and on-site logistics before implementation followed by labor needs and pricing. Finally, we presented our proposal to Legacy and made modifications to ensure optimal energy payback.
